Specific objectives

The primary objective of project WISDOM is to provide specialized training to the staff of partner organizations, including youth workers, trainers, and ICT & digital technology experts. The focus of this training is on addressing the challenges related to enhancing the employability of young women by developing their soft skills and competencies. The acquired knowledge and skills by the staff will be subsequently transferred to young women, particularly those facing difficulties in the job market. The collaborative efforts within the three-country consortium aim to strengthen networking among organizations, foster the exchange of best practices in lifelong learning, and launch a campaign to raise awareness about the importance of empowering young women in the workforce. Through this comprehensive approach, project WISDOM strives to make a meaningful impact on the employability of young women and promote positive change in their professional trajectories.
