Who are we?

In this project, the partners aim to address the documented challenges faced by young unemployed women, particularly focusing on professional and social exclusion. They propose a youth work approach to empower these women by enhancing their soft skills and competencies. The project involves training organization staff through workshops on topics such as soft skills, communication, business simulation, and confidence-building.

The trained staff will then transfer these skills to young women, with a focus on those at risk of exclusion. The collaboration between key individuals and young women from partner organizations aims at social and professional integration.  The project also plans to transform its website into a digital network to share training, expertise, and resources, serving as a valuable tool for professionals working with young women. Dissemination activities will ensure the project’s visibility and sustainability.
